The Generic Life Application is a project of a working group which includes wide representation of insurance companies, general agencies, LUAC and suppliers including IBM and CompuOffice Software Inc.

The generic life insurance application form, in its current form, consists of 9 pages and is expected to be released shortly. It will also be included for all professional life insurance intermediaries and advisors on the LifeGuide Professional life insurance software.
